I ordered a table from BizChair and it came in damaged. I have been working with the claims department for over a month.

BixChairs a a 3 day window where you can call and make a claim if damaged. Well, the item arrived during spring break and therefore was not inspected in thier 3 day window. I first spoke with a customer service rep and explained to them that we had the table longer than 3 days because we were not around and when the teacher opened the box...she tore it open so packaging was damaged. They assured me that it would not be an issue and would submit a claim for me.

I received and returned all of the necessary paperwork and their resolition is that I could keep the damaged table and they would give me a 2% discount. Why on earth would I want to keep a damaged table???

and 2% is only $13.00. I am very un-happy and will never order from them again!!!
