Bizchair - Damaged goods and expensive repackaging
I ordered an entertainment center from bizchair that needs assembly which pieces were dented, scratched, beaten and scraped.These are 54 inch pieces of wood that were ridiculously packaged.
The woman I spoke to from custormer service asked me if I could keep them for a discount to which I of course said NO WAY. If I wanted something that looks beaten and old I would have kept my old entertainment center. She said I could send it back but I have to pay for repackaging it. I had to rip the boxes open so as not to cause damage to the large pieces.
to repackage I have to pay over a $100.00 since these would be boxes that aren't easily available.I'm very disappointed with the service.
